The drop off and pick up at the first location was incredibly efficiant. The driver was helpful and nice.The delivery to the final destination had multiple hiccups. There was a street wire that was too low and required removal. The wrong truck was delivered. This lead to a week delay in delivery.Once the issue once the wire was resolved the truck was delivered and picked up in a timely manor.For the price this was a good choice in moving. Without the hiccups it would be a 5 star rating.

I’ve used this company twice now and both times the move was pretty easy. My only issue with the second move was that no one called me when they were dropping off the container to load. Tracking the shipment using the tracker code they give you was easy too.
Moved from Utah to small-town Missouri. They found us a carrier who would take our stuff off the beaten path. Customer service was great; I'd call and get ahold of Laura or Ben and they were both so helpful and polite. Our trailer showed up right when they said it would and dropped off the same. All around great. Would recommend and would use again.

The sign-up process was seamless and straightforward, and when I needed to reschedule the move, he was very accommodating and helpful. The moving trailer was picked up and delivered right on time at both ends of the trip, and Ben followed up at every step to make sure everything went smoothly. While we were responsible for loading and unloading our boxes, the overall price was very reasonable compared to other options. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Moving Place to others planning a long-distance move.
I'm so happy I found MovingPlace as an option for my move from Colorado to TX. I had a small storage unit of household items to move and this was the most affordable option I could find. I did have to load and unload the truck myself with friends/family but it was worth it and not a big deal for me, personally.
