I had a very bad experience with Mailjet.
My account was banned only two days after I paid for a subscription, supposedly for not respecting their terms and conditions — without any concrete explanation or details.
Worse:
The email campaign I sent was corrupted on their side, and all the links inside the emails sent to my clients were broken.
When I contacted support for help, nobody responded.
When I followed up, I was told that I was not the person who subscribed to the account, which is completely false and makes no sense.
At no point did anyone try to help, investigate, or clearly explain what happened. My account was simply shut down, my money taken, and my clients affected.
This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable for a service that handles business-critical communications. At the very least, I expected transparency, support, and accountability — none of which I received.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious before trusting Mailjet with their email campaigns or payments.
I would give no stars if possible... This is such a disappointing service. When I created my account using my company email, I mistakenly entered the wrong email address. I assumed I could easily correct this in my profile settings, but that option has been removed. I then began searching for customer support to manually resolve my issue. There was no contact number available, and the email for support appears to be hidden for certain subscriptions. It seems I need to upgrade to get in touch. (Un)fortunately, I eventually found a contact form on the website. I submitted my issue and received a response via email. Fast forward 11 days after their initial reply, and I've only received automated responses while trying to clarify my situation. There has been no solution yet... This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They just don't seem to care.

Business owners should be cautious. We’ve used this service for nearly 8 years on their highest plans. Each year, several times, issues arise: sending errors, API downtime, automations failing, and more. Our team often has to identify problems and reach out for support. The outcome? Terrible response times (over a week), constant turnover of agents, and no willingness to investigate internal issues. Don’t be lured by the low prices; it will cost you much more in time and lost revenue due to unstable service, poor communication, and minimal support, even on top-tier plans. We're now investing thousands to switch providers, which I believe will be our best decision after all these years.
