I made purchases from this seller in Brazil and the USA, and they arrived promptly. However, on my third order, it just vanished. There was no tracking code, and I never received the item. In one of their messages, they mentioned delays due to a location change. They no longer respond to emails or WhatsApp messages, and they ignore complaints on review sites. I’m unsure what has happened to this company, but I no longer trust them and cannot recommend them. Avoid this seller; it feels like a scam now.
I am very disappointed with this service. I placed an order last June, and to this day, I have not received my items. They respond quickly when you're making a purchase, but once the payment is done, they completely ignore my messages. 😡

This is a complete scam. I purchased a product online on August 8, 2025, and after two weeks, I received no updates about shipping or delays. I was given a contact number for a representative who kept repeating the same excuses for about three months. Thankfully, my credit card company is disputing the charge. Avoid this service!
