Scam!!! They respond quickly when you haven’t made a purchase yet, but once you pay, they lie and stop responding. I ordered my products over two months ago and have yet to receive them. They never shipped my order and won’t issue a refund. These individuals deserve all the bad karma coming their way.
I'm extremely disappointed with this service. I placed my order last June, and to this day, I haven't received my items. They respond quickly when you make a purchase, but once the payment is made, they ignore your messages. 😡
I do not recommend buying anything from this service; customer service is terrible. They reply only to ignore you later. I requested a refund before my items were sent, but they ignored me and shipped anyways. I decided to try the product, but it didn't work as advertised. This feels like a scam. Unlike other platforms, they force you to accept the product without the option for a refund. I want my money back!
