We have been using this service for about 5 or 6 years and consistently return to it after trying other meal box options. The kids love the meals, the instructions are clear, and there are always great options available. Whenever we've faced an issue, the support team has been outstanding! We intend to keep using this service going forward.
I enjoy experimenting with the recipes, and the food is typically fresh. I’m focusing on a vegan/whole food plant-based diet and using a 5:1 ratio for protein to fiber to help manage my diabetes and insulin resistance. However, the platform recently stopped displaying nutritional information for each recipe and removed the option to exclude certain foods like meat and dairy. I won’t continue using the service until these features are restored.

Being able to choose meals from home, reduce grocery trips, and cut down on food waste has made a noticeable difference for our household. I do still have some internal debate about the amount of plastic packaging that comes with the kits, though.There is a good selection of meals to choose from each week, and you can order as many kits as you like or skip weeks entirely if you’ll be away or have other plans.Occasionally there are issues with ingredients or shipments, but their Happiness Team does a good job of addressing concerns in a timely and courteous way.Their processes change from time to time, which to me shows that they are listening to customer feedback and working to improve the overall experience.As a bonus, they partner with other brands and often include free samples with weekly meal kits — anything from beverages to pantry items.Overall, I have recommended Goodfood to others and would continue to do so. It’s worth trying.
