Bought a Ford Fiesta Ecoboost here on August 25th.Roman (The owner) allowed us to test drive the car and fully inspect it and told us all the problems the car had at the time which only included dents and the AC unit not working, he promised to me that he would fix these problems once he had the chance and he stuck by his promises in a good time frame and did all of this free of charge.He showed us all the car's past history, gave us a 12 month warranty and 12 month breakdown cover with Momentum warranties and is very trustworthy.100% recommended
Roman was great. He was super informative and answered any questions that I had. I was waiting on my insurance to pay out and he was super understanding of my situation and my timeframes. Any issues noted with the car were either sorted before I picked it up, or he went out of his way to make sure they were sorted afterwards. Definitely recommend.
I had a great experience buying a low mileage Toyota Yaris from Roman. It was the first time buying a car alone and he was really supportive and talked me through the whole process. The 12 month warranty eased a lot of nerves I had about taking the plunge and so far, 3 months in, I’ve had no problems and the car is running very smoothly. As well as this Roman offered me a competitive price for a part exchange on my current car. Any questions I’ve had since then Roman has been really great at answering! Bought a low mileage Fiat 500 Lounge from Makk Cars. Roman dealt with the sale and was brilliant. Whole experience was great. The transaction was nice and easy and we were kept up to date in relation to vehicle collection. We received follow up calls to ensure we were happy with the vehicle and service. With 12 month warranty what more could you want. 2 months on no issues with the vehicle whatsoever. My daughter’s first car and she is made up. Highly recommended.
Travelled from Scotland to view a particular make and model of car.Roman delt with me in a polite and professional manner, and a deal was agreed.Travelled down the following week to pick it up, to find a lovely turned out car with any little issues I had completely addressed. A genuine guy to deal with and I would do so again if the opportunity arose.Needless to say I am delighted with my new car.Thanks again Roman.
Having only thoughts of changing my FIAT 500 for a 4-door with a bit more 'umph' I viewed a favourite of the Golf TDI at Makk cars and took the plunge. My drive to Rochdale was the best decision to view a black one that came in after missing out on a model in white. The owner is the best car seller/dealer I've ever met! Loved the VW as soon as I was able to test drive. The time spent talkng to me and the information provided, beyond courteous and helpful. 11/10! Hasten to add, SOLD and over the moon when picked up a week later, 5th October. Gleaming in the sunshine after much time spent getting car ready for me, as well as technical overhaul and a big smile on my face when I eventually drove back to the Wirral. Owner even tried to call me during my journey back to see how I was getting on, druving back, unfortunately missed the call (he was hoping I'd gone after all my yacking about car and my love of motorbikes, in common..lol!) Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this dealer to anyone. I would definitely get in touch again if I ever p/x . Love my Golf though, to bits! Thank you MAKK CARS !!
