I don’t want a reorder because the…

I don’t want a reorder because the product didn’t work for me not even a little bit. Like it was if I did absolutely nothing. Terrible product and then they went to charge my card for another 3 months of 500$. I’m so pissed right now.

Charged $178 for product I did not want

I clicked on an Instagram ad for Knockout for $49 and decided to order. I followed the online purchase procedure and instead ended up being charged $178 for a different product I had ordered two years ago. Despite calling within five minutes they refused to cancel the order.

Not happy
The worst customer service

The worst customer service. They are not flexible and will not inform you of a coming order. When you attempt to cancel the attitude is non caring. Their concern is collecting your money. They believe that they have the lowest prices and cooperating with a customer’s concern is beneath them. Don’t order if you’re hoping to receive good customer service if needed.

Read the fine print

Read the fine print. After ordering a three month supply, they automatically ship you another three months at a price that is over double the original price without telling you. Even after verifying through customer service that the price would be the same a day later they charge my credit card 2 1/2 times the price of the prescription and refused for me to send it back. Don’t trust them.

A great effect on my body!!

Even though I haven’t officially test driven your product, I can easily tell it has made significant impact to my body! If Santa brings me a girlfriend for Christmas, she better be ready for some Ho-Ho-Ho! 🤣 Even though it hasn’t been test driven, I am a continuing customer because I know it’s working so that should say a lot!! I definitely want to be ready when the right opportunity arises…pun intended! 😉 I hope other men find the same positive results I have! 👊🏼

Upgrade Problems, No Outlook Plugin, and Frustrating Support

MailMeteor could be a great program when it works, but my experience has been extremely disappointing. I’ve spent days trying to resolve simple upgrade issues, and the support has been slow, unclear, and ultimately unhelpful.They also advertise an Outlook integration, but there is no actual Outlook plugin or program. What they offer is only “Microsoft compatible” if you use a Microsoft email address. It does not integrate with Outlook itself and will not work with a professional domain. This is very misleading.I genuinely wanted this platform to work, but between the ongoing upgrade problems, lack of support, and inaccurate claims about Outlook compatibility, I cannot recommend it.

Crap!

I bought product from these company before, but they have this new stuff they’re supposed to be great. I was taking 100 mg of the Viagra generic and 20 mg of the Cialis generic when I take them separate separately I ordered this stuff gave them that information and they gave me a total of both combined and one pill of 12 mg. It didn’t even get me off the ground. What a waste of money you would think that they’d have more intelligence to charge people so much money for something that’s not gonna work. It’s obvious they don’t screen what the customer tells them they just randomly send everybody the same amount I should give it a zero but if I take two pills, it works a little bit better. I canceled my other orders I’ve been taking the Friday plan the one they say that kills you. Yeah they know it works so damn good that they’re getting run out of the market so if you want something that works good try the Friday plan.

I had a very disappointing experience with malemd.com. After my first order for six months of supplies, I contacted customer service to unsubscribe, and the representative assured me that my subscription was canceled. However, six months later, I was shocked to find a charge of nearly $900 on my card for a product I did not want. I trusted their word that I was unsubscribed, and as a result, I didn’t realize I would still be charged. This lack of communication and accountability is incredibly irresponsible. Such practices give the impression that the company does not value its customers. I would not recommend malemd.com to anyone looking for reliable service.
