Well first of all sermolien was a awesome peptide I know there's a lot gimmicks but this one did exactly what it said cut the fat around my stomach and had a 4 pack almost a 6 in a month with hard work of course but I would of never been able to do it that soon with out the peptide sermolien it leaned me out and start seeing results in my arms stomach area stuff definitely works I took it for 3 months and would absolutely do it again some of the best stuff I've found so far this is all true from my own experience of it. I would recommend it to anyone trying to loose a Lil weight and wanted a better looking body an obviously every one is different some might take longer than others but if u put on the work there is no question weather it will work for you or not.great stuff honestly.
