I had a wonderful experience meeting a representative at the showroom last week. We are in the midst of renovating our bathroom, a project that can be quite overwhelming. The representative guided us through numerous options and showcased many beautiful products. She was instrumental in helping us make some tough choices and was incredibly patient (I changed my mind several times!). She also arranged for a quick delivery of the tiles to ensure everything proceeded seamlessly. An outstanding customer experience overall, with extensive product knowledge and a friendly demeanor!

The delivery driver was very pleasant and offloaded the pallet exactly where we wanted it, explaining everything about the delivery.
