The customer care is excellent: very helpful, responsive, and professional.
Product prices are reasonable, although the same items can be found on other websites that offer free shipping.
Shipping, however, is quite expensive. We paid around £10 for delivery that was supposed to arrive within 24–48 hours, but it actually took three days.
Overall, a good experience thanks to the customer service, but the shipping cost and delivery time could definitely be improved.
I discovered all the items I was looking for, and I'm truly impressed. They arrived in excellent condition, and the packaging was done very carefully. The only downside was the delivery took longer than I expected, likely due to the holiday season, but overall I'm very pleased and would recommend it to others.
I am not impressed at all. The products arrived quickly, but the outer box looked damaged and was partially open. There was no protection inside, resulting in both my holiday items being crushed. I have reached out for a resolution but have not received a response yet. UPDATE: No one has contacted me back, and I cannot recommend this service.

All items were well-packaged, with glass products securely wrapped and chilled items insulated to keep them fresh. My only concern is the lack of information on their website about cheese products, as I am vegetarian and aware that some cheeses contain rennet. It would be helpful to have ingredient lists for all products, particularly cheese. Overall, I highly recommend this website; they offer a fantastic range of Italian food, including many gluten-free options.

Amazing people, helpful customer service. The produce is authentic and price just as you would find it in Italy more or less. Lots of other vendors like this overcharge for things. But this place allows me to experience the wonders of the Italian produce without sinking my bank account dry. There is truly no better vendor, please support them, they truly deserve it and more vendors need to be pricing appropriately and charging realistic prices like they do here. Truly happy I stumbled across them.
