I ordered an adult XL jacket but received a XXXL instead. When I tried it on, it felt more like an adult M. Although they say they provide refunds, they only offer discounts on future purchases or partial refunds. I would advise avoiding this service.

Good quality items but could use some enhancements

The coats are well-made and fit nicely. However, there's no sizing guide on the site, making it hard to choose the right size. Delivery to Malaysia takes about 10 to 14 days, which feels a bit lengthy for online shopping.
