The USER MANUAL for the intelligent WiFi camera told me exactly what I needed to get the camera working again. It was knocked offline during the last big storm we had (in Phoenix AZ no less), along with almost all of my other cameras. The internet was down for about 45 minutes. That is probably what did in their connections. But, all are working now!

If I could, I would rate it a quarter star, at best. I again attempted to go to the Samsung Corporation website, as I was instructed multiple times in past 2 weeks of attempting to get problem resolved. And sneaky DECEPTIVE "JUST ANSWER" TAKES OVER WITH SUCH EASE AND DECEPTION, I WASNT EVEN AWARE I WAS NOT TYPING MY ISSUE TO SAMSUNG PRODUCT SUPPORT. AND THEN, ONCE AGAIN, AFTER WASTING MORE PRICELESS TIME EXPLAINING IN GREAT DETAIL THE ISSUE I AM HAVING, ETC. ETC. AND I MIGHT ADD, POINTING OUT ONCE MORE I HAVE NO MONEY!!!!!!! AND JUST LIKE IT SENSED THE WORDS I JUST TYPED, UP POPS THE ENTER YOUR CC INFO THAT I DONT HAVE AND FOR $5 THIS TIME....SO ARBITRARY???!!! WHY? I WOULD MAGICALLY RECEIVE MY ANSWER. I ALREADY AM SUFFERING WITH OUT OF CONTROL HYPERTENSION ON MY 3 MEDS AND HAVE ENOUGH PROBLEMS. THIS IS NOT ETHICAL BUSINESS NPRACTICE!!!!!
