Observing the manager's intentional attempts to lose against the opposing team is not what I consider a good experience. It's absurd that coaches seem to profit from being let go, and it appears this manager has already spent his severance and is eager to leave. The management has struggled to find a competent leader, cycling through various coaches with limited experience. If changes had been made sooner, the team could have been performing significantly better. I used to cherish this club, but it has become a complete embarrassment.

The same issues persist: poor strategies, questionable managerial choices, lackluster gameplay, and unfit players for the league. The performance keeps deteriorating, yet the management continues to raise prices for fans. It's truly disgraceful.
If I could give zero stars, I would! The customer service is appalling. They ignored my emails for a long time, and when they finally responded, they were unhelpful and seemed disinterested. I will never purchase tickets for the team again.
The process of buying tickets for the team is incredibly frustrating and feels greedy. I purchased tickets through a third-party site, but had to link tickets for a minor, which turned out to be a complete hassle. Additionally, tickets can only be accessed via the app, making it difficult for those who prefer other methods. It feels like the focus is more on collecting personal data than on the fans enjoying the game. I miss the simpler times of the past when football was the main focus.
