I bought a jacket that was advertised in Canadian dollars, but the price switched to USD at checkout. The initial tracking link didn't work, and it took several emails to get a functioning one. The jacket I received was not true to size; I ordered a Large, but it fit more like a Small, with sleeves that didn't reach my wrists. The internal label showed an 'L' but the sizing was significantly off. When I tried to return it, I found out I would have to cover all return shipping costs, which made it impractical and expensive. Overall, the pricing, sizing accuracy, and return process were disappointing.
I placed an order for a jacket on December 14, 2025, but I haven't received any updates regarding the delivery time. I expected better service, especially since my bank account was charged immediately. Update as of December 23, 2025: I received an email acknowledging my order cancellation, but they have kept my money (US$75.00) without any indication of shipping the order or refunding my payment. I even requested them to ship it if they could deliver within the promised timeframe, but I received no response. Their customer service is unresponsive.
I had a terrible experience with this store! I ordered a jacket that was initially priced in CAD but was charged in USD (~45% more!). I contacted the store immediately to cancel the order, but was told the next day that cancellation was not possible as the item had already been shipped. Oddly, the tracking number provided never worked! It felt like a scam operation.
The delivery of my jacket was slow, and upon arrival, it was too big and of poor quality; the zipper was defective. I received return authorization but discovered it would cost $37 to return a $66 purchase, plus I had to fill out customs forms. Given my experience, I have no confidence that I would receive a refund, so instead of wasting money, I will donate the coat. Poor quality and misleading representation.
