I purchased a chronograph that arrived in good condition and looks appealing, but it is not functional. It started losing time immediately and then stopped altogether. After more than two weeks of trying to reach the support team regarding a return and refund, I either receive no response or links that are ineffective in my area. This entire experience has left me extremely frustrated and dissatisfied.

I've spent over two weeks trying to get a response from customer support to return the watch for a refund, but they either don't respond or send links that don't work in my area. I'm completely frustrated and fed up with this experience.
Great watches and excellent service. I forgot to use an introductory voucher when buying my first watch. After my purchase, I inquired about reclaiming it, and they did so without hesitation. Not a large amount, but a nice gesture.
The item arrived very quickly and offers great quality for the price. I would have gladly paid more for luminescence on the face, but it is what it is. I followed the included QR code to leave a review and get a one-year warranty extension, but there was no option available on the website. Still a fantastic watch for the money.
Avoid this brand of watches – terrible customer service and chaos. I purchased a watch in 2024. After an incident, the glass broke, and I followed their instructions for repair. From that point on, everything became a nightmare: The watch was 'lost' in their system; I was promised a replacement, then told otherwise; the repaired watch was mistakenly sent to the wrong location; it was returned without my knowledge; and finally, when they tried to send it via courier, it was stopped at customs due to missing documentation. I've sent multiple emails with no real solution. There’s no phone number to call, just endless emails with no progress. Although the representative was friendly, the company's processes are completely inefficient and unreliable. I am extremely disappointed and caution others: think carefully before purchasing a watch from this brand.
About three weeks ago, I received a watch that I was unhappy with, so I returned it for a refund and I'm still waiting for that refund to process. I've sent countless messages with no response. I strongly advise staying away from this brand and choosing another; there are plenty of options available. It's incredibly frustrating that they provide no information.
