Our Christmas dinner was a complete disaster! We had a reservation for 2 PM but were seated at 2:45 PM with no table ready. We were moved multiple times and still hadn't received our main meal by 5 PM. We ended up leaving without eating and had to grab pizza at home. It ruined our day, especially with a young child who was left hungry. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and many families were in the same predicament. I would not recommend this place.
