Impressive and quick response

I emailed through the link on the website to report that I had lost the tokens I received for Christmas. Since I had registered them, I had proof. I sent the email on Sunday and received a reply the next day, issuing a new voucher and canceling the others. Although I was told it might take a day, I got the e-gift voucher just a few hours later. The speed of resolution was exceptional. Excellent service and very understanding. I always request these tokens as gifts for birthdays and more.
