Frustrating experience with flight upgrade

I booked flights to Spain and a few days later wanted to upgrade to business class. I received a quote but never got the invoice or payment link. An email stated I had an hour to pay, but when I replied, I was informed it was a non-reply address. How is that possible? I called customer support and was told to keep an eye on my email for payment instructions. This situation is very disappointing, reflecting a significant lack of customer service.

Terrible Customer Support

I booked flights to a destination and shortly after wanted to upgrade to business class. I received a quote but never got the invoice or payment details. Scam-like Operations

They are mishandling everything. My husband was recently scammed by them when they marked his refund request as a no-show, denying him a refund. He arrived at the airport well in advance, but was told he needed a transit visa, which was not communicated during booking. This led to his refund request to book a different flight. The company repeatedly sent the same message denying the refund, showing no care or concern. It feels like they operate unprofessionally and like scammers. We will never use them again and are informing our friends and family about this.

Service Lacks, Fees Abound

The ratings reflect the reality. Changing flights is extremely inefficient, yet they charge hefty fees for everything. I was given a short time frame to make a payment or lose my ticket, and the slow service feels like they are intentionally driving up costs for customers. They appear understaffed and their service is clunky. It's better to deal directly with the airline moving forward. I certainly plan to do so. I wouldn't recommend them.

Zero Stars if Possible

I would give zero stars if I could. Avoid this agency or any travel agencies altogether. Book directly with the airline instead. Their insurance is overpriced and the terms are misleading. If your flight is delayed, don’t expect help without a fee. My experience was terrible. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS AGENCY. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Disappointing Service

I posted a positive review just two days ago, only to be let down by the complete lack of response to my request to change a flight date. They promised an email in 24 hours, but after following up at the 20-hour mark, I was told it would arrive soon. At the 24-hour mark, I was told it would be sent within four hours, and now I am on the second day with no response. They have even closed their response center.

Lack of Communication Post-Booking

I booked a flight through this agency, and the airline canceled it, but I only found out by checking the airline’s app. There was no communication from them whatsoever. When I sought help, it was nearly impossible to reach anyone. There were no clear support channels, and once I did get through, there was no willingness to assist. For a travel service provider, their lack of support during a crisis is unacceptable. I expected some responsibility or help. I won't be booking with them again.

Fraudulent Practices

This is the worst agency I have encountered. They refuse to refund my money despite the airline confirming that the ticket is refundable. Fraudulent behavior.

Extremely Poor Service

Is there a rating lower than one star? They left me stranded overseas for a week, blaming the airline. I returned home days ago, yet they claim I can only get a seat in a few days. They are still selling tickets that don't exist, with connecting flights already departed before my flight took off. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
