Get ready to wait 2 extra weeks from the date they say it will be delivered by , if your ok with that it’s all good , also I don’t understand why a package addressed to Southern California would end up going through customs in NY which is 3000 miles away and extends ups delivery by another week , even if the customs would do their job in a timely matter
Outstanding service from the team! My package went astray with the courier, but thankfully they located it and retrieved it. Meanwhile, they proactively sent a replacement and offered compensation. They kept me informed throughout without me needing to follow up. I will definitely return as a customer.
I like to buy my son something special on his birthday so I turn to Master of Malt to provide that treat. This time it was a rum which my son is delighted with. I always know that, whatever I order, it will arrive very safely packaged for its journey. I can get carried away while perusing the website, there is just so very much to choose from. There is the reasonably priced; the “special occasion” priced; to the eye-wateringly priced, which I would absolutely love to try a sip of!!! Therefore something for everyone. No wonder I keep going back.
The packaging is outstanding and the communication is excellent. The only issue we encountered was with the postal service, which is not the company's fault. Despite opting for expedited delivery, they did not deliver by the desired date for receiving the bottles.
Shopping on the app was straightforward, user-friendly, and well-organized. There’s a great variety of products available at good prices, and the delivery service was excellent—items were well-packaged and arrived promptly. My only concern is that the gift carton designs seem a bit oversized for the bottles. Nonetheless, it was a solid purchase, and I will probably shop with the seller again. Thank you! 👍
