Two months in and thriving

After two months, my child is still excited to attend. Positive results are evident in his school tests — he scored 46/50 on his first test and 49/50 on the second. Previously, he was barely scoring 30. He now feels happier and more confident.

Disappointing customer service

The customer service is lacking. The scheduling app is complicated and restrictive. The owner is the only point of contact for customer service and was initially responsive, but that quickly declined. He often becomes unreachable despite multiple follow-ups. Even visiting in person was unproductive as he would avoid conversations. Before his vacation, he assured parents he would respond to emails, but he ignored mine for a simple scheduling question. This ongoing lack of responsiveness has been frustrating, especially for the amount paid.

Frustrated over lost funds

I feel scammed out of my hard-earned money; they charged my card a substantial amount. After moving, I requested a refund due to the commute, but despite being up to date with payments, I only received a partial refund. It feels unfair to lose money like this. While some staff were considerate, others were not.
