The onboarding team is fantastic. The features are comprehensive, and the user interface is user-friendly, making it easy to navigate. It offers a variety of options, including telehealth and ePrescribe add-ons. However, the standout aspect for me is the support team and their prompt responses; I never have to wait long for answers, regardless of how basic or complex my inquiries are. They have saved me both time and money, far exceeding the subscription cost. I'm truly appreciative.
Almost everything is perfectTherapyAppointment has the right idea. It allows for multiple therapists and staff within a group practice model to operate off of the same platform, and does so at a price that is quite reasonable. But it has a few quirks, the main one being that for some reason it is VERY hard to add a minor client and then create a parent account that can manage that minor's forms, etc. Other platforms (like SimplePractice) make that process feel effortless. The other quirk is that my specific practice model has clients seeing multiple different therapists. If a therapy appointment gets scheduled with one therapist but, for some reason, we need to change it to a different therapist in the office, that is literally impossible. The appointment has to be cancelled and the set back up with the other therapist. We are absolutely satisfied with the platform and will be using it, likely, forever. Even with the very few quirks, it is well worth the value.
