Scam - I paid for a bad item, sent it back for a replacement,1 & half month later no replacement.

The ring they sent me was about 3 sizes too big - I am small woman and ordered a size 7 and I think they sent me a mans size 10 ring. I had to pay to ship it back to China for a replacement and It has been a month and a half with no return and it shows that my shipment has been just sitting at the post office in China for over a month and no one from the company has come to pick it up.

Moon studs that exude understated elegance

My moon-shaped studs arrived in the cutest little box, and the packaging alone lifted my spirits. They’re small, subtle, and just sparkle enough to brighten my face. A colleague remarked that they look like understated luxury, and I've been repeating that all week.

Trash from overseas

Total trash and a scam. Returns to another country. Never order from here again. It was incredibly difficult to get a return address. You have to send photos for return approval. I doubt I will ever see my refund. Disgusting scam artists. 👨‍🎨

The silver leaf earrings resemble artisan pieces

The silver leaf earrings resemble something from a local artisan market. They’re comfortable and fit perfectly without pulling. I wore them out for coffee, and even the barista commented on how handmade and special they looked.

Long shifts usually ruin any fragrance...

Long shifts usually ruin any fragrance I wear, but this one surprisingly lingers gently without being overpowering. When I got home, my partner hugged me and immediately remarked on how lovely I smelled, even though I felt disheveled. It gives off a warm, comforting vibe that I truly appreciate.

The gemstone studs I ordered are tiny…

The gemstone studs I ordered are tiny but full of color. I put them on with a plain sweater and they instantly made the outfit feel more thoughtful. Unboxing them was such a cozy moment and kind of slowed down my whole morning.

Do not buy from this company

Do not buy from this company. They are not who they portray themselves to be. These items are not handmade by "Matilda & Milo". I have ordered about 5 pieces when she announced they were closing their site. The items are poor quality, cookie cutter, not handmade, inconsistent sizing. They're website states free returns within 30 days. That is NOT true. To return the items they are to be returned internationally to China. There is no phone number on their website to call, only an email address. There is no USA address listed on their website. They are strictly a Chinese store pretending to be a USA store. I truly believe there isn't a Matilda & Milo. it is a scam. They keep sending me emails with special offers. Interesting, they are still promoting their items when she is supposed to be clearing out her inventory. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY.
