Review Time
I ordered a pair of ladies shoes. They took a while to arrive . They should be UK size 9 but are not even a size 8 in my opinion. After 6 emails I finally got a returns form . This would involve returning the shoes to China at a huge cost and putting my bank details on this form. I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered anything. Stay away from this company.
Keep away, wanted to return the crap they sent me, but they try to negotiate a percentage money back. They refuse to give a refund or return option, and I've discovered this is because everything they sell needs to go back to a crap warehouse in China. Tried to find them on companies house, they don't exist. The UK address on their website is fake. Fingers well and truly burnt with this totally crap company.
SCAMMERS! DON'T TOUCH THEM! Items are not as described (they're selling total crap), and this company presents itself as a 'family company' in London....check out their London address, they're not there!!! When you ask for a refund, they refuse it. Trading Standards being alerted. KEEP AWAY!!
