Worse online shop ever they shop from China but pose from london. Item took 3 weeks to come. They refuse to send a return address and refuse a full refund which as a consumer is your rights. The website lies and you are sent item which is nothing like the picture I spent £40 on a coat which was nothing like the picture no belt no buttons made of polyslester thin and cheap. I wouldnt pay £10 for it. The customer service keep offering solutions to suit them not customers and this is a recurring pattern looking at other reviews. I am so disappointed with them I am going to report the company for fraud to my back in the hopes I can recover my money as they are a scam
I wanted to return a dress for full refund. I continually asked by email for the refund address to return and they continually sent me options to keep for 10% refund or for 50% Store Credit. I have requested this 7 times so far and its still not resolved.Their sizing is also poor and the colour was not as deep as shown
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The photos and descriptions of items are very misleading, and the return address is Hong Kong which they expect the customer to pay for. It’s evident that the photographs are the original quality clothing but what you receive is nothing close to the photographs. Also shipped directly from China so don’t expect a delivery in less than two to three weeks. Any response from the firms e mail is obviously a pre canned response. Don’t waste your money.

SELLER INSISTS GOODS RETURNED TO HONG KONG FOR FULL REFUND AS OFFERED IN SALE ORDER THIS IS A CON - DO NOT USE. AMEX ADVISED. ALL WANTED IS REFUND. FRAUD COMPANY FROM HK!!
