Review Time
I've been in touch after the reply to my review. They are not offering anything other than another item of clothing if I pay £9.95 for the postage. I don't want another item of poor quality clothing, just my money back. They are pretending to be helpful but not actually helping at all.The joggers took ages to arrive. They try to disguise the fact they are from China, and are very poor quality. The charge to return is over £10 so I'm stuck with them. Very poor quality and service.
Worse experience ever. Ordered some boots and what I received was nothing like the picture or description. Delivery was long, which is when I realised it was coming from China not UK. They have no return address. You have to email them for the return address. When they did reply the email it went to my junk despite all the other emails gong to my inbox (Probably to delay the process so they don’t have to refund you) and even then, they still didn’t give me the return address and said I need to send a photo of the item received. Now waiting for their reply. I have reported this company as they should not be allowed to trade this way. I am also disputing the transaction with my bank. I only wished I looked on here before ordering. Updated: received an email from them - still not providing their return address and offering me a replacement very suspicious. Basically not wanting to refund me! I do not trust this company whatsoever so I just want my money back!
Shipping is slow due to the fact the items come from a warehouse in China. I bought some boots described as leather. They were cheap plastic. When you ask for a refund and return address they make other offers to you. As I ve just read another review it seems you have to return items to the Chinese warehouse at your expense. Don't be fooled by the name Matthews-London.
Customer service were very polite and helpful.Disappointed the sizing wasn't as accurate as expected. The coat was perfect apart from that. Would be helpful to be notified if product is delayed in post because it has to come from another country.
