Really disappointed. Firstly, the delivery took ages and communication was poor. When the matts arrived they just look like bits of off cut carpet. Really poor for the price. I’m a bit confused by all the good reviews as they honestly were so underwhelming. Service is equally as poor upon returning. It’s been over two weeks and I have confirmation of the return being delivered but again, no communication to acknowledge this or that my refund is in progress. Frankly, very disappointed on all levels
