I don’t even want to give you a star. That's because the agent I met at kohl's chat lied to me. After hearing my situation, I willingly received kohl's cash, but I couldn't use it. The reason is that I used it even though I didn't, and this is their word. Also, if you pick it up at the store, they give you $5 kohlcash, which is also information. There was no use suggesting it. Now I never want to shop with dishonest kohl's again.
Khols is the worst store on Earth they have all cheap garbage that you can buy at Walmart or Target but mark every thing up by 100% and the staff is so rude nasty and down right mean. and this dump also pushes all leftist propaganda when you walk in. cheap clothes cheap shoes cheap goods .their is nothing but rubbish in this place. lets hope they close down after the pandemic is over.
Just one of the worst companies to do business with.. I feel bad for the employees who have to listen to angry, frustrated customers all day. Khols may look good on the outside, but their business core is shady, and NOT customer friendly.
