We bought a 'luxury' glass table for 2,340 euros. After two years, the glass shattered unexpectedly, scattering shards throughout the kitchen and damaging the flooring and walls. Thankfully, our child was not present at the time. The company offered to replace the glass but declined to cover the full cost of the table. We no longer trust the glass quality, and the table is unusable. The after-sales service is lacking, and the product is subpar. There should have been protective measures against such an incident, and customers should have been informed of this risk. Had we known, we would not have made this purchase.

I had a fantastic experience ordering lights from Italy to a rural area in Greece. We encountered some issues with the couriers and the address, but the representative was incredibly helpful, providing excellent communication and customer service throughout. Thank you! P.S. The design is attractive, but the quality is lacking. It cracked during installation due to misaligned holes. I'm giving it 2 stars because the customer service was friendly, but overall, my experience with the product and process was not positive.
I ordered a set of 12 crystal cups as a wedding gift. The delivery took nearly 4 weeks, with customer support mentioning that one cup was broken before shipment. To my surprise, when I received the package, the cups were poorly packed in two boxes without any protective wrapping, resulting in 6 out of 12 cups being broken or damaged. They are currently refusing to issue a refund and insist on sending another 6 cups, despite my repeated objections.
This company prominently advertises 'Made in Italy' on their website, yet many products, including my dining chairs, are actually made in China. This feels misleading, or at least borderline dishonest. They claim that only items with the 'Made in Italy' tag in the description qualify. My chairs lacked this tag, so they consider it acceptable to sell a cheap product. I regret spending so much on these chairs, as I would have chosen a similar quality from a different retailer. I'm very disappointed, especially since returning them would cost me significantly, and the company refuses to acknowledge any wrongdoing.
I am frustrated with this company before even making a purchase. I found a 'Zeal' sofabed listed at an incredibly low price, but once I selected a fabric, the price skyrocketed. It seems misleading, as the sofabed should not be available without fabric. This feels like a deceptive practice.
