don't use is. way overpriced. Purchased it without overthinking it and requested a refund 5 min after which they don't do, not even a second after... often doesn't work. Honestly is maybe 3 stars but I think they're A******s for not giving the slights rethinking time. hope someone doesn't take the subscription so they regret not giving me a refund. If MaxAI reads this I'm fully willing to remove this if you give it to me
This company is clearly abusing basic consumer laws, I had an unauthorized transaction and I attempted to get a refund, they declined and don't have a refund policy.They came up with an excuse. Be careful with this company they are just cowboys.
take away money from my account without any notification. I have cancelled the service by 30/11/2024 but they added it to 27/11/2024 without my permission. the company has no refund policy, be warned to anyone who use this service
warning, i have been charged 150 USD once last year, they did not cancel. Now i have been charged 300 USD, after repeated request to remove my accoundt, deactivation. DO NOT GIVE info. i am in loop of unauthorized bills, must cancel my card and yes have cost me 450 USD! Be careful"!
Be very cautious with this company. They withdrew money from my account without any notification and extended the service without my consent, even after I had clearly canceled. They have no refund policy, so once they take your money, you won’t see it again. I’ve been charged hundreds of dollars despite repeated attempts to close my account and stop the charges. The experience has been a nightmare, and I’m now forced to take drastic measures, like canceling my card, to stop this loop of unauthorized billing.
