Beware when ordering, they advertise as Royal Mail delivery, what they actually do is get FedEx to pick up their parcels, then FedEx take 4 days to dispatch parcels to Royal Mail then the 48hr track starts when they receive it, so the while process takes well over a week to deliver. Terrible service.
Although there was nothing wrong with my actual purchase I wouldn't order from them again.

After my order went missing in transit, the very helpful team quickly dispatched another order which was very stress free. The products are as hoped for and it is 4/5 stars, as it does take 5-6 days for orders to come from Europe to UK. I would recommend.
I’m extremely disappointed with Sinful.co.uk.The website gives the clear impression that this is a UK-based retailer, but only after ordering do you discover items are shipped from Denmark via a long and confusing logistics chain. This was not made clear at checkout, and delivery times are completely unrealistic for UK customers.I ordered an item on 28 January and nearly two weeks later it still hasn’t arrived. Tracking has been unclear, stuck for days at hubs with no meaningful updates. For a UK customer, this is unacceptable — especially when other international retailers (including China) deliver faster.Customer service has been very frustrating: • Slow email responses • No clear answers about where the parcel actually is • Emojis used in emails instead of professional communication • Promises of “compensation” or “gift vouchers” instead of resolving the issue • No clear confirmation about free returns despite being told this verbally on the phoneI also had to chase repeatedly for updates, and even then the responses were vague and unhelpful. There is no live chat, and phone support did not resolve anything.If you are a UK customer expecting UK-level delivery times and service, avoid this company. The lack of transparency about shipping origin and the long delays make this feel no better than ordering from overseas marketplaces — except with higher prices.I would not order from Sinful again.
Ordered on 26th of January and rang twice after nearly 2 weeks to be told my package had been lost in the mail so they’d have to resend it and after another week and a bit I finally recieved the new package don’t bother ordering from here they take the piss to send stuff out and clearly your items aren’t safe either.
