Max Fashions at St Lukes has always had excellent Customer Service. Today was no exception, the assistant was so helpful and went over and above to assist me to find the item I was looking for. Max line of clothing is stylish, well made and superior quality.
Very bad service. Inspite of repeated follow ups on email and call center I am not getting my refund in my account. every time they say- they are working on it. I was a regular customer of MAX for last 16 years but now I will switch to other brands as they don't meet customer expectations.
Very bad service . My order has not reached till now although it is planned to be reached two says back.staff can not do anything about it. Customer service staff do nothing just answer calls with no solution. I can never trust max any more and never order from online
Very Bad service, initially on the website it shows I will get my order on Monday 30th Oct, later the status change to in transit, when I tried to reach via what's app portal the agent starts explaining me what is Fodel (Delivery Company) I contacted the call centre the poor agent can't help me as he don't have any clue even can't give me EDD for the order, very Bad experience with Max Online.
I had ordered 2 pants and 1 shirt from Max Fashion, but I received only 1 pant. The application shows that it has been delivered. When I called customer care, they raised a ticket and said I would receive a reply via email in 2-3 working days. Today, I received an email stating that all items were packed in one bag from the warehouse. Now, I'm not sure what to do because the company hasn't actually delivered the products, and they are claiming that the delivery has been made, even though there was only 1 pant in the package.I don't know what to do now, and I'm afraid that I might not receive the product or a refund.
I shopped a week back slippers one max staff suggest me do willing through QR code online bill i done same, but the product 1 spiller size different i take it back next day, the staff hand over the product saying after the bill amount not cake to their company account how easyly they are saying I have debited amount screenshot also there i shown to the staff people no one is supporting me it's almost 7 to 8 workings days done i m feeling very wrost about it I will never visit max fashion bangalore Orion uptown mall other location Max Fashions also thank you given such a fed-up service
Failed to accommodate ailing and aged customers in right way. An elderly couple having surgery in spine were forced to get down from car at quite good distance at your Mall. Very sad affairs. A support team must be posted to help those who are unable to walk. Thanks if you feel as well.
