Agree with others that if you don't live in Canada - do not order from Threads Clothing. The order will take months - if you're lucky enough to ever receive it. In my case, ordered 2 pairs of snow pants in mid-Nov. After struggling to get a straight answer for weeks about the status (was told several times they were shipped which was untrue), I finally received a notice Feb 10 from UPS that I needed to pay $70 in duties to receive the package (not the fault of Threads, but something he should post on the website since he knows it's required for US customers). When the package finally arrived yesterday, there was only one pair of pants (instead of the 2 that I paid for and was told had been shipped). In the end I paid $70 in duties plus $10 in shipping and $9 in taxes = $178 for a pair of $89 pants. If I could go back in time with the knowledge I have now I NEVER would have ordered these pants. Take your $178 and buy something else. (btw, I did get refunded the 2nd pair of pants that never shipped so 1 star for that)
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU DON'T LIVE IN CANADA!They do not mention that there is a very high customs fee ($62 in our case), due upon delivery, that you will be on the hook for if you live in the US. Total BS. They won't refund my order. Liars and scumbags.
