This EVIL company cannot honor its promises. They agree to a full refund because they sold a defective product so I shipped the deck from UPS to their warehouse at my own expense. However, UPS told me they can't find the receiver so I probably have to pay the shipping fee once again. So I contact Maxfind and they told me that they can provide a return label for me (they should have provided it before I ship it, isn't it? It makes me wonder why I have to pay the shipping fee twice..). It's been a month, and I did not receive any return label or response from Maxfind and they started to ignore my message. If you were me, how many stars would you rate them?
DO NOT WASTE you money on any of there products i got a electric skatbourd from them and have had problem after problem only just hit 75 miles and so far i have had a battery self ignite. bolts constantley coming lose and rounding off when tryed to fix.seems they use the cheapest hardware and locktight them in place so your unable to chamge for better ones. friend of mine also got a escooter from them and he is having constant problems to. would not recomend at all put your money towards a better product and stay away there comunication is also bad.
I ordered my board in April and it’s now been 5 months and I haven’t received my board, they keep saying they will refund me but never actually do.You might think it won’t happen to you but that’s exactly what I thought. There’s no point in gambling, it’s not just about the £600+ loss but the time, anxiety and stress.*20 Sept update, Because the refund was getting no where I contacted them again and asked for a different board, it was worth roughly the same amount of money. I was also able to get an additional item which was a carry bag. They have now sent me a tracking number. Will update this review once I get the board.
The board is great but i did not receive the extra battery that is supposed to come with the long range version. I did not even gat any information that the shipment is not complete. I reached out to the support but their response is always very poor.. I still do not have any information about the shipment of the extra battery and I've got the board since more than two months!
