I failed to cancel my subscription with Jack’s Flight Club. My credit card was charged. I explained the situation and asked for a refund. They obliged and reversed the charge right away.

They are absolutely amazing. I have been looking for flight s to Namibia for over a year now and nothing and they actually emailed me to reach out on the subject. How nice is that!!!!
Steer clear of this service as it automatically renews your membership for another full year unless you explicitly cancel it. I received a subscription as a gift but had to provide my credit card information, and they have just renewed the membership without my consent. It's a complete scam - avoid at all costs!
