Most of the order was correct, but unfortunately, there was one piece missing. I called a representative, but was disappointed to learn that you could not just send me the one piece that was missing. You did refund the money for that one piece, but now I have to go to a local hardware store and pay twice the price For this item.
Even though the package looked fine the pan inside was bent out of shape. It did not have any cracks or holes so bent it back best I could and used it. I did contact the company and was given a credit toward the pan. I appreciate the fast response and credit.
