Review Time
I was on the verge of spending over £137 on this site after seeing an advertisement on YouTube on December 23rd. The prices seemed appealing, and I was interested in several items. However, I noticed that each piece had only 4 items available, which made me think that I should wait until my next visit to the site. Fast forward to Christmas evening, I remembered the site after seeing the ad again, sent the link to my phone, and selected 2 necklaces and 2 bracelets for my daughter’s upcoming 16th birthday. I expected that with the store 'closing down,' these items would likely be sold out, but they still showed as available. I then found an anklet that was identical to one I had in my basket elsewhere for just over £2. Before spending my money on this site, I checked the reviews and was relieved to discover the concerns shared by others. I decided against purchasing from them and will instead save a bit more to buy a genuine piece from a local jeweler for my daughter.
This is a deceptive company based in China, unrelated to the two elderly individuals shutting down their operations. I was on the verge of placing an order, but the site failed to provide information about the type of gold—whether it was 9ct, 18ct, etc. After looking at reviews, I quickly grasped the situation. I conducted my own research and discovered it was indeed a scam run by a Chinese entity. It's disappointing that such fraudulent operations are permitted on major platforms.
The quality of the items I received was extremely disappointing. They lost all color after just one wear, and I experienced itching around my neck. I advise anyone with allergies to ensure they are getting real gold before purchasing from this company, as what they are offering seems to be of very low quality, likely imported from overseas.
I ordered white gold bracelets and a ring. The advertisement claims they won't discolor skin; however, after just one hour of wear, they started to turn my skin and caused breakouts. I can only wear real gold. There are no markings for 10K, 18K, or 24K on the jewelry. Very disappointing... money wasted.
Complete SCAM. The jewelry is cheap replicas made elsewhere. No gold stamp, and it certainly does not represent "handmade jewelry." Don't fall for this like I did. I paid far more than their actual value for this low-quality item. I'm disappointed and need to learn to check serious reviews before getting scammed again. An expensive mistake with a disappointing outcome. SHAME ON YOU.
