He sold us hand wipes with fake expiration date stickers on the outside. The actual packaging inside clearly shows they expired in 2024. When I reached out, he admitted he has money issues and refused to refund me. He operates out of his house and is very unprofessional.
Worst experience with them!!!I placed order with them a month ago and the lead time was 10 days, after the agreed delivery time passed I asked about my order and they immediately replied that they are going to refund my amount of $1949.04, I tried to ask the reason which they never replied, so without any reason they cancelled my order and now it's been a month that I'm waiting and messaging them for my funds but no response from their side.... If I do not receive a response or a satisfactory resolution within 3 days,I will have no choice but to escalate this complaint to relevant consumer protection agencies(Better Business Bureau, Federal Trade Commission)...

We are owed $84,648.12 and have yet to receive the goods we paid for, nor have we been offered any legitimate solution, refund, or credit for the undelivered products. The credit situation is a mess, and we have no clear documentation on what was applied where. We have tried repeatedly to resolve this, but Mazal refuses to take accountability.This is an outright scam. They have not honored their commitments, and it's clear they have no intention of doing so. They reserve the right to refuse service under their Terms of Service, but that does not absolve them from the responsibility to deliver the products after accepting our payments. Their actions are a blatant breach of contract.DO NOT do business with Mazal Distributors unless you want to risk losing your money and time. This company is a scam and must be avoided at all costs.
Amazon sellers be cautious, anytime Amazon will deactivate the account and ask for authorization letters of supplier for which Mazal cannot prove they are authorized sellers of brands.They sell authorised products from brands.They also have bad return and refund policy.New sellers don’t buy from here
The ASIN and UPC of some of their products on the list did not match. The products that I said I would buy based on their list were not the ones they were trying to give me. Ever since then it has been very difficult to communicate with them and for a month they didn’t send the products or give me my money back when I requested a refund. Finally the CEO talked to me and tried to rectify the situation. I finally got a refund after a month.
