I sent them my personal iphone which was in mint condition. After receiving the device they sent me an amend of price email which was 70% low which i got online. They are scame. And they are rude as well after getting my phone.
My experience was extremely disappointing. I was quoted a specific amount for my phone, sent it in based on that quote, and ended up receiving nothing after weeks of communication with them and another party to get it unlocked. To make matters worse, my phone was recycled without my consent, eliminating any chance of retrieving it or properly disputing the valuation. The amount promised is not what you actually receive (if anything), and once they have your device, you lose all control. The customer service was unhelpful, and the entire process seems designed to leave you at a loss. I would strongly recommend avoiding this service and opting for a more transparent and reliable option.
I sent my device to the service expecting to receive the quoted £300. Given the excellent condition of the phone, I was confident there would be no issues. Due to its value, I opted for special delivery since standard delivery only covers up to £150. A few days later, I received an email indicating that “An amendment has been made to your order.” This actually meant they were now offering £255, claiming the phone had more scratches than allowed under their policy. This was not accurate, so I requested photographic proof. I was informed that this would take about two days. The photos never came. Instead, I received an email from their retention team offering a new price of £275. I reluctantly accepted, as I was unsure how long it would take to get my phone back if I rejected the offer. In summary, I expected £300 but ended up with effectively £265 after considering postage. If I had accepted their initial revised offer, I would have received only £245. I’m not satisfied with the service. If you decide to send a device to them, be ready for the inevitable “An amendment has been made to your order” email. I also have another device to sell, but I will definitely choose a different service this time.

After sending my device in before the holidays, I finally received photos claiming damage to my phone, which they said justified a significantly lower price than originally agreed (£45 less). As I am away for several months and had already paid extra shipping to cover the initial price, I reluctantly accepted the reduced offer. I will NEVER USE THIS SERVICE AGAIN and would not recommend them to anyone. Previously, I worked with a different provider that handled used devices excellently and was trustworthy. Unfortunately, I mistakenly assumed this service would offer the same reliability.
AVOID THIS SERVICE. Since my previous review a week ago, I have once again received an offer that is £45 less than the initial quote. After receiving the first email, I called to question this, as there were NO SCRATCHES on the device when I sent it to the seller. I was told they would provide photos to show the scratches they claimed existed. Today, I received another email with the reduced offer but still no photos have been sent as promised. AVOID this service. A review of other feedback suggests this is their typical approach to offer a lower amount upon receiving devices.
I had a disappointing experience with the service. I was quoted £70 for a Samsung Galaxy A53 in excellent condition. I took photos of the phone before sending it. However, once they received it, they claimed it had scratches or marks and screen burn, offering me only £10. I declined their offer and requested my phone back. It arrived in perfect condition, with no scratches or screen burn. I'm frustrated with their attempt to undervalue my device.
Outstanding experience with the service. I sent in two devices for sale. On the day they arrived, I received the full price quoted online for one and a slightly lower offer for the other. The team was courteous and supportive. I shipped them on Wednesday, December 10th, and received payment by Friday, December 12th. There were no unreasonable offers, making it a positive experience. I would definitely consider selling to them again.
Complete scammers; ignore any quote they provide on the website as they will simply invent problems with the device. Sent in a pristine device and saw the quote drop from £270 to £105. A total waste of time, preying on those who can't afford to refuse. I'd rather discard it than allow them to exploit me.
Disappointing and feels like a scam. Initial offer on the website was higher than competitors. No issues with sending the device. The amended offer was nearly a quarter of the initial offer. After some negotiation, it was raised to about a third. Proceed with caution.
