We have used MBW for some years. Booking is easy. Everyone on the phone or at the airport is always very helpful, including when we had to alter the booking while away. The car is almost always there when we get to the pick-up point, and the maximum wait has been a few minutes..
Drop off was quick and easy but returning was terrible. Company was ringing off my phone 20 minutes after landing not telling me who they was but I needed to go to level 4 when asked who it was they kept hanging up. When going to the desk the man said we now only have 5 minutes left on our ticket and we need to pay for more time to be able to leave the car park I told him I was one hour early for what I've paid for and I'm not paying for more time due to them filling up the car park with all the cars earlier than supposed to. I was planning on calling 30 minutes before I got to them but they were already hounding me. Has put me off using them again to be honest. Not professional.
I recently had an issue with a booking but Mr Guj Thiara personally investigated it and handled everything exceptionally well.He took the time to explain what had happened, responded promptly and professionally, and ensured the matter was resolved properly. The level of customer service was excellent and genuinely reassuring.It is clear MBW Parking care about putting things right when something doesn’t go perfectly, and that makes a big difference.Thank you again to Guj for his professionalism. I would happily recommend the service.
From booking to execution the service was excellent. I have, for over 20 years used Holiday Extras but have over the last few years been finding it frustrating dealing with them as you can never get to speak to a real person. With MBW it was easy to get though on the phone and the team where very helpful. The only thing that let them down was the mini valet I ordered and paid £50 for, which was very a poor job for the prices. So in summary, great company but I wouldn’t book their optional extras next time. I will definitely use this company again. I did complain and Gursh Chohan understood my frustration and offered a discount to use them again which I accepted so I have revised my review to 5 star as they are a very good company to deal with and I will definitely use them again.
