I'm sharing this review not because I left my car at the airport and returned all happy to find my car waiting nice and warm for me to drive off in.My experience is slightly different, I got back to find there was a white scuff on my bumper, so I was quite cheesed off as you can imagine, past experiences with some of these car parking services they will be very bad in communicating or taking responsibility of the damage. So here's the good bit, although there was damage to the car as soon as I reported it I had a quick responses and communication has been very good through out the process, a guy came to my address to fixed the damage and I must say I was impressed, he did a very good job and it wasn't a guy with a touch-up pot and a brush. It is not possible to see the damage and I doubt Mercedes would know either. So thank you Gursh Chohan for you communication and great customer service. I would be happy to use MBW again and recommend to anyone who is unsure of leaving their cars with a airport car parking company.TWO IMPORTANT must does, for anyone using a airport car parking service. Film your car when you pull up and make sure you check it over yourself and the second is put a airtag in the vehicle so you can monitor where your car is taken to be parked.
I have used mutliple valet parking providers at multiple UK airports and have always been satisfied with the service. This time with MBW was different. I booked my car in for 24 hours and paid for a clean. The car returned with 2 scratches and not very clean. Their response was they needed before and after pictures for the scratches, which is understandable but I didn't have, and that my car was "heavily soiled." It had mud on the seats which I cleaned myself with a damp cloth.Their response was rude and vociferous and very "legal" which leads me to believe this isn't the first time they've been questioned.Suffice it to say, I will never use them again and would not recommend them either.
Excellent service as always. The only issue we had (for the first time ever) is that we had to wait about 25 minutes when we arrived at terminal 2 for someone to arrive for us to drop off our car. Our return was perfect, our car was ready for us in the short stay car park.
Received the car back with clear scrathes on the rims as they have been curbed heavily, the car's rims were immaculate when handed over. I clearly send them before and after pictures even though they have taken pictures themselves they clearly were hiding behind their T&C's of the onerous on the customer providing the evidence. They then passed the claim onto a third party where an unprofessional 'colleague' clearly having the job description of find any reason not to pay out handled the claim and tried to highlight some dirt on the rims as being the damage. Also had a empty coke can in the car left by the driver and some chocolates and coins stolen which they said they will look into and never did. Will provide emails and pictures to confirm all this so they don't do the standard response of 'it is all case by case please contact us and we will resolve this'
