I placed an order in January, but the shipment never arrived. While I understand that things happen, getting a refund has been impossible. I informed them multiple times that the account I used for payment was closed, yet they kept attempting refunds to that account. Their last attempt was successful, but now they say I need to resolve it with my bank, despite it being their mistake. Five months later, I still have not received my product or my money, and I've wasted over 10 hours trying to get my refund. This is my third review, as they only respond when I make my issues public.
