We wanted an engagement ring with coloured stones on the sides; After looking at some online retailers, we decided we wanted to talk to a real person and we are glad we did. Omar provided great personal shopping experience, answering lots of questions we had and giving advice around the size of the stones etc. It was easy to communicate with him and he is always really responsive. The custom made ring definitely feels special and unique and we really like it. We even got a nice necklace to go with it!
We chose brushed gold band rings for our Civic Partnership ceremony with an engraving on the inner side. We also made an appointment with Omar at the Canary Wharf office, which greatly helped with understanding all the options of style, band width and ring size, with actual examples.However, the MD website is also excellent and provides the best systematic overview that we could find online of the range of rings available, with clear images and prices. The engraving style was just as requested and the rings came in smart presentation cases, delivered personally to our home at the agreed time. For choice, quality, price and service, our full recommendation.
I recently went to Omar to develop my engagement ring. I went around several shops, including in the local area of Canary Wharf, and found that MD Jewellers were by far the best in terms of client care, quality of service, price and ring quality. Buying a ring is a huge investment so it was important for me to be in safe hands. I found Omar incredibly friendly, he made me feel really at ease, carefully and patiently explained everything to me about diamonds and the design process, which ultimately helped me to find the perfect ring.He was never pushy with the sale, unlike a lot of jewellers I had come across. He showed a lot of integrity and transparency which are really good qualities. The end product was totally brilliant, and compared to other jewellers in the area MD Jewellers provided the best client after care after purchase.I would totally go back to Omar again and can’t thank him enough for his services!

Ordered a made to measure engagement ring. Everything was great. From the appointment with Omar, where he taught us about diamonds to the actual quality of the ring, we received great service. Omar was very knowledgeable, friendly and not forceful which gave us enough space and time to choose the ring without any pressure. Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish, he went above and beyond for us. He worked closely with my fiancé to design the most beautiful diamond trilogy engagement ring and my fiancé said OMAR was an absolute dream to work with. He provided expert advice while also truly listening to what my fiancé envisioned. When I finally saw the ring for myself and met OMAR, I realized my fiancé wasn't exaggerating OMAR is a wonderful person who genuinely cares about his clients and brings incredible expertise to everything he does. Later, my ring needed to be resized because my fingers tend to fluctuate with the weather. OMAR met with us personally and sorted everything out quickly, in just a couple of days, my ring was perfectly resized. I was running late that day, and even though it was after 5 PM on a Saturday, OMAR waited patiently for me without a single complaint.
