We recently got our wedding bands at MD diamonds. We initially came across MD diamonds only because our office was close to their Canary Wharf branch, but as it turns out we stumbled across a gem of a store. Omar was super helpful and very professional with his recommendations, and helped us find the perfect design. Im genuinely very touched at how kind and welcoming the service was, especially since our purchase was only for the bands. I would honestly recommend MD diamonds to anyone looking for a smooth and care-free experience.
I recently visited MD diamonds to enquire about getting a wedding band to fit under my existing shaped engagement ring. After a brilliant consultation I placed an order for a bespoke wedding band and also alterations for my engagement ring to make smaller and to add an amazing diamond to it. The service was great throughout. So professional and kept me up to date with progress until both were ready to collect. I took my wedding band to see if it could be resized as it was too tight for me. Omar’s communication throughout the process was fantastic and he was able to increase it by 3 sizes and I still can’t see where they added additional metal to the ring. I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with MD Diamonds on two occasions - first, to repair a piece of jewellery obtained from another vendor, and second, to commission a bespoke ring. Both times I found Omar to be extremely calm, accommodating and patient, and not once did he come across as pushy to make a quick sale. His communication and responsiveness throughout the process was fantastic, and most importantly, his work is exceptionally well priced without any compromises. For the bespoke piece, the turnaround time was surprisingly quick (3 weeks from CAD to creation), as I am used to far longer lead times from other jewellers. I would not hesitate to recommend Omar, and have already recommended him to people I know.
My fiancé and I had less than two weeks to sort out our wedding bands and after visiting several jewellers and making a number of calls, we came across MD Diamonds. We spoke with Mr Omar and he arranged to see us the very next day. He paid attention to what we wanted meticulously, advised us, and assured us that he would sort everything for us on time. He even offered to resize my engagement ring which was a little too big. All seemed a little too good to be true. However, he remained in contact with us and sure enough had the wedding bands ready within the week. Not only this...he resized one of them on the spot, as well as resizing my engagement ring there and then. An absolute pleasure to deal with.We cannot thank him enough for the amazing service he provided us with, removing one of our greater anxieties leading up to our big day. I was first struggling to find a jewellers because I needed a custom made ring within 3 weeks however after I come across MD JEWELLERS (Mr. OMAR) and had a conversation with him I was very assured I was at the right place and believe me he did NOT disappoint me on any way shape or form, i got the ring within 2 weeks and I would highly recommend anyone to use him! I arranged for my wife to have her eternity ring refurbished by MD Diamonds and she met them at their office in Canary Wharf. From initial contact through to meeting and completing the work, she was really impressed. So much so, she left two other rings with them. All three diamond rings look like new, even though they haven’t had more than a quick clean in 20 years. She is delighted.
