As a guy going in to buy an engagement ring, jewellery and diamonds are two things i know nothing about. However with the help of Omar this was quickly changed! I found it is common in the industry for the facts to get confused or misinformation spread but Omar was fantastic at clearing up all my concerns and worries whilst explaining what each aspect of the diamond is and why it is important. This is what built the confidence to buy with Omar.
His attention to detail and timely responses to queries kept worries at ease. I asked him to replicate a complex design and was worried how it would turn out. However Omar and his team were excellent in capturing exactly what i wanted and were able to work with me to update certain parts of the ring for how i wanted it. I was very happy with the service and so bought the wedding band and chain from him aswell which have also turned out fantastic.
I couldnt be happier, its not everyday you find a jeweller you can trust!

Omar did an absolutely AMAZING job at repairing my wedding ring and resizing my engagement ring. Both rings needed to be brought down by two full sizes and my wedding ring, being vintage, needed a full band replacement. The job is impeccable and was completed quickly.Omar was very good at communicating and gave me a breakdown of what was required / approximate costs before I dropped my rings off.Thank you again.
