Delivery took a long time, and the response to my feedback was very slow. The support team seemed unwilling to assist and eventually stopped responding to my inquiries. :( There is no distinction between male and female models; they just send whatever is available in stock, even though male and female shoes differ, they are treated as one category. Returns and replacement orders are costly.

Initially, everything was great; I was excited about this new company. I ordered milkshakes multiple times, but suddenly, my favorites became unavailable. They seemed focused on attracting customers without considering stock levels. I signed up for notifications but never heard back. It’s frustrating to see advertised items when half the stock is missing. I’m currently purchasing from elsewhere due to this issue.
