Fantastic service from Omar and his team! I had my wedding ring re-sized and re-plated, and an eternity ring repaired / re-modelled / resized and re-plated and both turned out absolutely beautifully. I visited the Canary Wharf premises, which were very professional and conveniently located. I would not hesitate to use Omar again should I want a ring made or need any repairs in future. Highly recommend.
I found Omar while searching for jewellers in the area. (Honestly, I felt a bit intimidated by Hatton Garden, so I wanted to look for someone with local presence.)My (now) fiancée had a very clear vision of what she wanted her engagement ring and wedding band to be like and the design wasn't something that was readily available.Omar took great care of us, from helping us select an amazing stone through multiple refinements of the bespoke rings (calls for clarifications, multiple updates on CAD designs to get the final rings exactly right), to the final resizing. At no point of the process did I feel pressured and everything was on time.The rings turned out exactly as she wanted them to be :)And all of this at a competitive price!Since then I also got a custom wedding band for myself from Omar and was once again looked after very well :)Overall I would highly recommend Omar and MD Diamonds, I'll be back when buying my wedding band.
Had an excellent experience here with Omar. I needed my wedding ring resized quite significantly. Omar walked me through the process and was excellent at keeping me updated on the status- really went above and beyond. I am SOOOOOOOOO pleased with the outcome. I would happily recommend them to anyone!
I contacted Omar with a short notice request for a special gift and he over delivered to expectation. Do note he is an independent jeweler and this is not a retail store so you will need to make an appointment, he is very responsive over the phone and WhatsApp. I have no hesitation in recommending him for any type of gemstone or jewellery and am very likely to do business with him again someday in the future
Exceptional experience. You can walk into your consultation with Omar not knowing anything about diamonds but after your consultation you’ll feel so reassured. He walks you through what would be best from what rough idea of a ring you have in mind. The whole journey of choosing a ring and the ring arriving is a very secure feeling with Omar. There were no delays with the ring arriving and he kept to his word. Amazing customer service skills, would definitely recommend to anyone thinking about buying a ring.
