Why do I have to provide my number in…

Why do I have to provide my number in order to make payment for food, this is private and I don’t want this info to be sold to some third party or be used for promo in the future, there are much better apps that are seamless fast and efficient garbage I don’t recommend any new restaurants or bars to use this … there’s no way to leave a complaint all the contact info on their website is tailored to businesses .. the Stable in Newquay please change this provider

SHADY.. be warned

SHADY. Received a so-called receipt for an order I never placed. Suspect some sort of Scam.I've never even heard of these people yet they haad my email address for this nonsense email asking me to open the receipt. Deleted immediately.

The single most frustrating app EVER

This is the single most frustrating app / website I have EVER experienced.I have tried at 3 different venues and it’s not worked - orders take forever to try and place and then the website will not allow payment or orders to be placed.In ALL cases we have wasted at least 20+ minutes before having to resort to walking up to the counter and ordering.It’s been the cause of arguments with my wife as she sees my frustration at trying to use it.

would give full stars except for the bullshit default tip selection where the UI design does it's best to hide that u added the tip... we are in Australia, tipping isn't a thing here ffs

Quite simply awful

Quite simply awful. Doesn't work. I told the manager I leaving the location because of it. Caused too much stress.Ridiculous and non effective app that's costing a business some sales. What a shame.

Don't use, its absolute crap, ruined a meal out.

Used for the first time at Warrington Market to order food for the Family.App VERY user unfriendly, and not clear at all. Instructions it gave us were frankly useless, and trying to use them for a Group order resulted in multiple items being double ordered.Initial receipt that I clicked on was correct, then when I got the final receipt,(about an hour later) it had doubled, absolute CRAP.Just order direct from the stall and don't use this piece of useless Tech.

Meandu = theft

This service is a con. Added a 12.5% payment service charge, in addition to asking for a tip. I emailed to ask for an explanation, and they claim that this is a normal payment service level that other services levy on customers - which it clearly is not. If you see a restaurant uses this service, I'd recommend trying to pay directly or go elsewhere.

BEWARE. they add a service fee

they add an admin fee to your payment which they then say is a service fee for paying by debit or cc which is not allowed in the uk - they are not upfront about this

Worst pub lunch experience ever

Worst pub lunch experience ever. Firstly Host refuses to give Menu and just says use app. Stumble thru app trying to find what you want, place order then asks for a tip to be added ! What for ? Haven’t received basic hospitality yet alone seen food then have service fee added to order.
