I purchased a Mecpow x1 laser, not knowing that the Mac OS software had yet to be released. Initially, I was worried I wouldn't be able to use it, but I contacted Mecpow support, and they helped me right away. They sent me a beta version of the software so I could use it right away. Everything was done in less than 24 hours. Top-notch support.
I bought a new laser module for my X4 engraver. At first I had problems attaching the air hose, because the spare part I received did not have a quick connector for the rubber hose. I asked the Mecpow service team for a solution and quickly received excellent instructions for replacing the quick connector. Excellent work from the Mecpow service team!
The true value of a company is not defined by its products alone, but far more by how it handles criticism—and, above all, by the respect it shows toward its customers.Some time ago, I ordered and paid for replacement lenses for my Mecpow X4 Pro on the Mecpow website. That was weeks ago, but I still haven’t received anything. Last week, I tried to find a phone number for this company, but it appears to be nonexistent. It seems this company simply doesn’t want to communicate with customers. You can leave a message on their website (which I’ve now done twice), and both times, I received the same meaningless email in response, asking for the same information (which I’ve already provided at least three times). In my opinion, Mecpow offers terrible customer service, and I’m left with the strong impression that this company falls into the category of untrustworthy online sellers. Has anyone else had similar experiences?
I've been looking at buying a laser engraver and one thing I've been checking is how quick and helpful their customer service replies are to my emails asking questions about their laser engravers. Mecpow responded to my questions in less than 8 hours and answered all of them. I am impressed with their answers and quick response and once I have enough money, I will be going with them for my laser engraver.
X4 Laser very impressive. I'm a nuts and bolt guy, well built quite sturdy and heavy. The user manual is weak in some needed detail. Needs some more information concerning using some of the usual software. I did need to contact support for guidance. The support team did respond, and with the solution. The solution should have been included in the user manual.Aside from the initial questions, I surely would recommend the purchase of the X4 Laser, no regrets here..
