So grateful for this company and the service they provide. After nearly two weeks of not being able to find my new medication— fully stressed, frustrated and about to give up, I saw Insito mentioned on Reddit. At first, I didn’t trust it but I researched and found an article mentioning them in the LA times and decided to go for it. They found my medication within 36 hours. Pharmacies will not tell you whether or not they have your meds if they are controlled medications so using Insito was truly well worth the cost. The correspondence was prompt and super cordial. Excellent customer service. I would definitely use this service again.
Super convenient! They are very responsive and found my medication within hours. I had an issue with the pharmacy (a mix-up) and they even called for me and straightened it out quickly. I highly recommend this service. It is a huge time saver. Thank you!
I heard about this service through a medical provider and gave it a try. I have a difficult-to-find medication and they found it for me in one day. Sign-up was easy (use Chrome), they were responsive by text and email, but most important of all: it worked! I had my Rx in-hand by the next day. I will definitely use this service again.
I’ve been having so many problems with my medication being back ordered and getting in touch with pharmacies has been impossible. Medfinder found my medication in an hour and my doctor was able to transfer my prescription and I picked it up right away! 5 stars!
After I reached out to Insito Medfinder at my doctor’s recommendation, they managed to track down my meds within the hour. Unfortunately, an unexpected issue between my doctor and the pharmacy arose that seemed to be a dealbreaker. Although it had nothing to do with Insito, the person I worked with immediately reached out to the pharmacist to identify a workaround, and in the meantime restarted efforts to find the medication in stock elsewhere. To be honest, I initially hesitated to spend the money on this service, but they earned every penny by going above and beyond— and remaining incredibly kind and patient over the afternoon it took to figure everything out!
My experience with Medfinder was seamless. I scheduled my request in advance, and on the pickup day, I received a prompt response at 7 am (via text), informing me which pharmacy had my medication in stock. For the past quarter, my medication has been consistently back-ordered, making it increasingly difficult to find a pharmacy that carries it, especially as some no longer answer the phone. I can't recommend these folks enough! I have two really hard to find meds that were a nightmare to locate before MedFinder. Now, I just enter my needs and voila - like magic - they find a location in stock for me super quick. Everytime I have been successful in finding a location for my meds. Will 1000% continue to use them.
