Prince could not have been more professional, kind and effective... they found my medication within 24 hours, exactly as I promised. Calling around to find meds each month can be a degrading experience & I can’t tell you how much it meant for me to be treated with such dignity, respect and kindness by Prince. I was so pleased with my first experience with Medfinder that I purchased a package of searches at a bargain price, and I continue to be blown away at Prince’s customer service. The on going drug shortage has been so stressful. Calling pharmacy after pharmacy is so time consuming and many pharmacists won’t even disclose what they have in stock. BUT, medfinder did that hard work for me and found my medication. Their team was so kind, helpful and responsive. Almost like someone telling me it would all be ok. Knowing that medfinder is there to help me again the next time my prescription is back ordered has given me such peace of mind. I will absolutely come back again and again!

I had such a great experience with Medfinder! I can't believe how stress free and easy the process was. I was able to do all communicating by phone and the application and information exchange was so easy! Nothing in healthcare is this simple but they did it! It can be frustrating enough to deal with Dr. offices but then also having to call around to pharmacies is so overwhelming. Medfinder did everything and quickly!
